ARTS PROGRAMS FOR CHILDREN AND YOUTH

Morristown Neighborhood House has a robust arts program consisting of performing and visual arts, music and theatre. We collaborate with organizations such as the Morris Arts Council, The Harmonium Choir, and the Morristown Links to offer arts to children that may not otherwise have the opportunity.
Our Performing Arts program helps provide children with cultural enrichment and an outlet for creative expression.

On a visit to The Nabe, you can expect to see and hear children in classes for violin, guitar and dance, including modern, tap, jazz, step, and Latin step. All children have the opportunity to perform at community celebrations, fundraisers, and recitals throughout the year.
Neighborhood House also offers an array of programming to our children and youth in music workshops, theatre, and art residency programs, facilitated by staff, volunteers, local artists and other local arts organizations

The Nabe also offers a varied arts program to our children and youth. Check out the fantastic mural on the back of our building completed by well-known Philadelphia muralist Cesar Viveros and 500 volunteers.
